CyberAudit Beta — Terms of Use

Pre-release software notice
CyberAudit (the "Beta Software") is a pre-release, beta version provided for evaluation purposes only. It has not undergone full production testing and may contain defects, errors, or incomplete features. Do not use Beta Software as your sole compliance or security control in a live regulated environment.
1. License grant
AuditRecon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Beta Software solely for internal evaluation and testing during the 3-month beta trial period ("Trial Period"). This licence does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or distribute the Beta Software.
2. No warranty
THE BETA SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AuditRecon does not warrant that the Beta Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
3. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUDITRECON AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE BETA SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, SECURITY INCIDENTS, COMPLIANCE FAILURES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF AUDITRECON HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
4. Beta feedback
You may (but are not required to) provide feedback, suggestions, or bug reports to AuditRecon. Any feedback you provide is voluntary and may be used by AuditRecon to improve the Software without any obligation or compensation to you.
5. Trial period and termination
The Trial Period is 3 months from the date of your signup. AuditRecon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Beta programme at any time with reasonable notice. Upon termination or expiry you must cease use of the Beta Software and delete all copies in your possession.
6. Data and privacy
Information you provide during signup (name, email, company, role) is used solely to administer your Beta access and to notify AuditRecon of new trial registrations. It is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AuditRecon operates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
